🔁 Refund Policy
At Good Apple, your satisfaction is our priority 💛. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

🗓️ Refund Eligibility
You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on the following:

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Sale or clearance items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

🔄 Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we’re happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us at hello@goodapple.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

💵 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

🚚 Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
